Cook Peel Oil Distillation System (C-PODS)

This unique, patent-pending device captures a previously untapped source of oil in the citrus fruit processing industry. Residual oil in the peel often goes uncollected and can sometimes create a disposal issue. The C-PODS can effectively remove and collect over 50% of this residual oil from citrus peels. This oil provides yet another source of revenue from the processing operation.

Using a variety of technologies, Cook Manufacturing Group has developed entirely in-house this process for oil collection. All design work is from our own Engineering Department. The major components are self-manufactured in our fabrication shop. Installation is by our field teams.
